Update: it seems I've FINALLY cracked the temperature issue!!!! Yay!!!!! I put a regular incandescent bulb in an old reptile clamp lamp and it managed to give it that little boost it needed. It's sitting at exactly 25 C. Here's the final setup: The drosera hamiltonii is also looking great, much better than it did a couple months ago. It now has five growth points. Tomorrow I will add the moss and maybe a few cephs. I'll keep updating this thread as time goes on.

perrywing, congrats to you for cracking that nut. It's amazing what problems can be solved where there is sufficient motivation. That five-headed dew is formidable. Looking forward to seeing the Cephs on that slope. dvg

Finally added the plants! I stole some moss from a few random pots and peppered the slope with them. Hopefully a few will take. I added some, not all, of the cephs as well. I won't add the hamiltonii until the small plants get a little bigger. Hmm, now that I'm looking at it, I think I need to fill in the middle bottom area a bit, haha. Hey, it looks different from above.

gj dvg koifish thanks guys! I'm looking forward to seeing how it fills in as well! I don't think it will look quite as spectacular as I'd like until a couple more years, of course, but hey, have to start somewhere, right? Haha.
