The old one dose look great but I wanted more carnivorous plants... Where I went wrong was using river stone as a drainage layer... If I had the chance to do it again I would use pond filter foam as a drainage layer.... The rocks leach to many minerals for most CP's....

Looks great! You don't need a fan, but they would benefit from a bit more airflow.

Added vent holes this morning. Dose it look like enough? With all the condensation in there it looks a bit stagnant still. When I used to keep helis in tanks I cut 2 pieces of glass that fit in the top of the tank and overlapped slightly. Then I could slide the glass back off the ends of the tank to leave gaps at each end to allow air to flow through.

Add more vents or a fan? Trying to stay away from needing a humidifier...

It won't need a humidifier in that enclosure. If you place something in the inner lip of the top of the tank, underneath the lid, you could have the lid raised a small crack on one side, preferably along the length and by about a cm or so.

Ok added three bits of rubber to open it up a crack... Not sure I like the look of it... ( little OCD )

Could the rubber bits work at the back?

Better, but you'll need to raise it a bit more than that. You could also cut a bit off the corners of the lid for them to act as vents. Hal's idea seem like it would work best without too much effort.
